Production premises

Voskov Indutrial Park rents former workshops of the tool factory as production premises to companies of various profiles.

We can offer small industrial boxes of 100-250 sqm as well as full industrial buildings of 1,000 sqm for lease. If more than 1,000 sqm is required we build production premises on built-to-suit conditions.

Advantages of renting the production premise on the territory of Industrial Park:

• As former factory, Voskov has production capacities of electricity and water supply, sewage allocations and gas;
• Territory has its own heating plant and updated pipelines, with recently rebuilt heating networks inside buildings as well;
• All buildings are located inside the fence surrounding Voskov IP territory, that increases security and limits unwanted access;
• Industrial park offers various types of premises for rent. The tenant can put production, outside storage and offices in one location;
• Electircity and all utilities are meter charged allowing maximize savings on production costs;
• All buildings have good transport access suitable for unloading trucks and vans.

Lease is signed for 11 months. Long-term contracts up to six years are also possible. Prises on premises vary depending on year of consturction of the building, quality of repairs and total area of the lease contract.
